The inside margins and trim size need to be set correctly. Be sure to set your document to the correct paper size. For example, if you have created your book in Microsoft Word and want a finished size of 5.5” × 8.5”, click on Page Set Up in MS Word, and change your paper size to indicate 5.5” × 8.5”. Make sure the Fonts are embedded in the PDF file.
